I’ve used aveda for many years and…

I’ve used aveda for many years and loved the products. The discontinuation of products is disappointing. The vegan versions do not work at all like the original. Very poor quality that leave hair
Frizzy and have absolutely no stying power. Great you can brand yourself as vegan, but is it worth the cost of your customers

Unprofessional, unreliable, do not order from here

I ordered 2 times through the website and chose same day delivery and overnight. Did not receive my packages at all. Called customer service, chat with live agent, still my case wasn’t resolved. They said they’re going to refund my same day purchase though. Honestly aveda online is the worst experience i’ve ever had here.

I have been using Aveda for year

I have been using Aveda for year. (1986)
This time I bought my normal liter bottle of shampure. This one has made my hair gummy. As if I have lots of build up on it.
Now looking for a new shampoo. Sad. I love the scent but not spending 150.00.

Something has changed in the Invati…

Something has changed in the Invati line for women in the last couple of years. I bought the line over 5 or 6 months ago and started using it. I see nothing that is promised. A lots of money to pay for no results. I have used Aveda products for a few decades and was very pleased. Since my Heart surgery I was losing hair so tried the Invati line and don't see the promised results at all.

Website is horrible

I have never tried to use a more poorly designed/horrible performing website. Spent time last night trying to place an order - the website was so slow, I gave up after 45 minutes. Tried again this morning - same issue. I can't believe a company of this size would have such a horrible website. This has been going on for years.

I bought three of the products at the…

I bought three of the products at the Troy Somerset Mall the beginning of August they seemed kid of pushy to sell their product on me. I should have said no but I didn’t. I bought their Nutri-Plenish the lady at the store wanted me to buy the mask for my hair which I’m glad I did not buy. My hair is thin and frizzy at the top, and thick at the bottom, I used the product three times followed the steps I was told and it never worked. What a waste of money and I deserve a refund. Even getting 20% off on the products instead of paying 130 it was only 100. It would only be worth it if it actually did work. There’s no complete instructions on the bottles of how much to use and how long to leave it on and that’s including the samples I got the Botanical repair intensive strengthening masque and the leave in treatment on the back it doesn’t say how much to use and for how long should it stay on for the repair. I was also told by the sales lady that I would get a text from her which I didn’t and I don’t remember if I became a member because it’s ridiculous to be charged and then find out you can lose your reward points. It makes more sense to buy other natural products like Bio Silk therapy or Matrix Biolage for 10-12 dollars. Go to Ulta and become a reward member for free and they have a good selection of natural hair care salon products.

What a mess!

Received my shampoo and conditioner. Which I purchased the large shampoo. You would think that this large company would have enough sense when shipping to secure the caps and wrap securely. No 1/4 of my shampoo is leaked all over the box. Not happy😥
8/6- UPDATE- Aveda customer service responded and they are sending me a replacement at no charge. Appreciate their response😊
8/11-received my replacement shampoo today! Great customer service! Appreciate Aveda for being so responsive.

Excellent products and home delivery is fast and reliable

I do not have an Aveda points membership and just order directly from the website. I find the website a bit frustrating to use as it jumps all over the place but, the products are excellent and arrive very fast for home delivery. A little on the expensive side but I usually order when they offer deals. So disappointed that the salons closed down in Canada as I was a loyal customer for 8 years and always found the hair cuts and color satisfying.

Points deleted without warning in "upgrade"

I'm a 20+ year loyal Aveda client who had been saving up points for decades for the big vacation packages. Due to COVID and an overseas assignment, I hadn't been shopping at Aveda and just went to my account this weekend to purchase a few things. What a surprise that my account noted it had been "deactivated" and when I called customer service, I was told that all my points had been deleted when the new rewards system was installed. Literally told there was nothing they can do to help me. Ridiculous. There were no emails or warnings about this. If so, I would have responded. This is the worst care and concern about clients I have witnessed by a firm in a long time. Absolutely terrible. Aveda needs to fix this.

Rosemary water !

Rosemary & Mint conditioner
Firstly , this is an expensive product and I cannot understand why in the world they can’t afford to print instructions on their bottles ?? I was told to look online !!
Secondly, this is an inferior product which is watery and does little to condition the frocks.
Smells nice !
Was told by Aveda that as this was sold by Amazon it probably isn’t legitimate !!
